We provide a wide range of services including training, we provide extensive support throughout the recruitment process both prior to arrival in the UK and upon arrival in the UK. Our partner companies provide all necessary visa support, career advice, and have opportunities for further study funded by employers. Our high professional and experienced team provide quality staffing to the clients and best possible service to the candidates. Additionally, our partner hospitals provide on-going support and development to ensure the nurse gains UK registration and further develops their careers. We work with quality NHS employers and as such we can offer attractive packages for each nurse. These include free flight to UK, 1 – 3 months’ accommodation (currently 3 months), OSCE test fees paid, 3-year Visa and health care surcharge paid in full when applying for visa (recovered when working as registered nurse in the UK), full preparation to undertake OSCE test, support for CBT, meet and greet service on arrival. There are no up-front costs paid by the nurse. One of our programmes called ‘Global Learners’ also includes funding for further study of up to £1500 (repayable after gaining registration repaid in small manageable instalments)
We aim to make the process of leaving your home country to the UK as stress free as possible and we support you every step of the journey. All our nurses when they have gained NMC Registration are employed on NHS term and conditions and commence on Band 5 salary.
